By accessing or placing an order on ajmodelmaker.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.

All products sold on AJ Model Maker are handcrafted individually by Aakash (AJ) and his team. As a result:

• Minor variations in finish, paint, or assembly may exist between units — this is a natural characteristic of handmade products, not a defect.
• Product photos and videos represent the actual model you will receive.
• Each model is built to order — we do not maintain large pre-built stock.
• Features shown in YouTube videos may vary slightly based on the specific model variant ordered.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering.
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other methods via Razorpay.
• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Each model takes 7–15 business days to handcraft and dispatch after order confirmation, depending on the size and complexity of the model.

• Free delivery across all of India.
• International orders incur additional shipping charges shown at checkout.
• A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs.

Since every model is built to order, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed and crafting has begun.

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.
• Cancellations requested within 2 hours of placing the order may be considered.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

All content on this website including product photos, videos, designs, the AJ Model Maker name, and the "AJ" branding are the intellectual property of Aakash (AJ) and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

Our YouTube channel content (@Aakash946) is separately governed by YouTube's terms of service.

AJ Model Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
