Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes! Every model you see in our photos and videos is exactly what you'll receive. Since each piece is handcrafted individually, there may be very minor natural variations in finish — but the model, features, and quality will match exactly what's shown. We photograph every actual product, not renders.
After placing your order you'll receive a confirmation email with your full receipt. You can also log in to My Account → Orders on our website to view, download, or print your receipt anytime.
Each model is handcrafted from scratch after your order is placed. Depending on the size and complexity of the model, crafting and dispatch takes 7 to 15 days. Once dispatched, standard delivery within India takes 3–5 additional business days. We'll send you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Yes! Delivery is completely free across India for all orders. For international orders outside India, additional shipping charges will apply based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Since every model is handcrafted to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives with damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at ajtractormodels@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
