Payment is confirmed and we begin gathering materials for your model.

Step 2 — Handcrafting
AJ builds your model by hand — assembly, painting, wiring, and quality testing. Small models take 7–10 days, large tractors with add-ons take 10–15 days.
Day 1 – 15
Step 3 — Packed & Dispatched
Your model is carefully packed and handed to our courier partner. You receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp.
Day 7 – 15
Step 4 — Delivered
Your order arrives at your doorstep. India delivery takes 3–5 additional days after dispatch. International delivery varies by country.
Day 10 – 22
Free Delivery — India
100% free shipping across all of India. No minimum order. No hidden charges.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Additional charges apply and are calculated at checkout based on your country.
Live Tracking
Tracking number sent via email and WhatsApp the moment your order ships.
Safe Packaging
Each model is packed with protective materials to survive transit in perfect condition.
International Orders
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.
  • International delivery takes 10–20 additional days after dispatch.
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We declare accurate values on all customs forms — we cannot mark shipments as gifts.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Made-to-Order — No General Returns

Every AJ Model Maker product is handcrafted individually after your order is placed. We begin building your model as soon as payment is confirmed.

⚠️ We do NOT accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than receiving a physically broken or damaged model.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. If you need help choosing the right model or size, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Cancellation Window

If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 2 hours of placing it, before crafting begins.

  • Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
  • Cancellations within 2 hours will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Cancellations after 2 hours cannot be accepted as materials and work are already committed.
Refund — Only for Broken / Damaged Models
🔁 A refund is only issued when a physically broken or damaged model is received back by us at our workshop after verification.

Contact us within 48 hrs of delivery with photos & video of damage

Approval
We review and approve the return if the damage is genuine

Return
You ship the broken model back to our workshop address

Refund
Refund processed within 5–7 days after we receive and verify the model
  • Contact us at ajtractormodels@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and a video of the damage along with your order number.
  • We will review and approve or reject the return claim within 24 hours.
  • If approved, you will need to ship the broken model back to our workshop at your cost.
  • Once we receive and verify the damaged model, refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Models showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, or tampering are not eligible for refund.
