When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. This is used solely to process and deliver your order.
If you create an account, your profile information is stored securely and can be viewed, edited, or deleted by you at any time from My Account.
If you contact us via our contact form, we store your name, email, and message to respond to your inquiry.
We use your information to process orders, arrange delivery, send order confirmations and tracking updates, and respond to your queries.
Your name and delivery address are shared with our shipping partner solely for the purpose of delivering your order. No other data is shared with them.
Each model is handcrafted after your order is placed. Dispatch takes 7–15 days depending on size and complexity. Delivery within India is free. International orders may incur additional shipping charges shown at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers at any point. All transactions are encrypted and handled by our trusted payment partners.
